How do I track my order?

Which payment methods do you offer?

The current payment methods are payments via iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal & credit card.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is as follows:

MON-FRI + SUN ordered before 11:30 PM = delivered the next day
SAT ordered before 11:30 PM = delivered on MON

Can I return or exchange a product?

You can return a product up to 30 days after receipt. Please contact us at support@mauzek.com for this. The costs for the shipping label will be at your own expense. Read our return policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium.
